Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses no audience measurement tool, no advertising tracker and no third-party service loaded in your browser: fonts and images are served by the website itself.

The only cookie it sets is called "lang". It is only set if you pick a language in the language menu, and remembers that choice for one year. Without it, the display language follows your browser's, and nothing is stored. It holds nothing else and is only read by this website.

Demo request form

The details entered in the demo request form (name, email, organisation, role, regulatory framework, crisis team size, message) are sent by email to our sales address, solely to answer your request. No copy is kept on the web server. To prevent abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour.

Data processed by the customer portal

The app.vordurcyber.com customer portal is not open yet. This section will describe the data it processes (account, billing, technical logs) before it opens.

For the data your teams enter in Crisis Room, Vordur Cyber acts as a processor on behalf of your organisation. A data processing agreement (DPA, Article 28 GDPR) is offered to every customer; request it at contact@vordurcyber.com.

Legal bases and retention periods

Demo requests. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: one month after the last exchange. If the request leads to a contract, only the contact details needed to perform it are kept, for the term of the contract.

IP address fingerprint of the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse (Article 6(1)(f)). Retention: one hour.

"lang" cookie. Set at your request and strictly necessary to display the language you chose, it requires no consent. Retention: one year in your browser, which lets you delete it at any time.

Hosting provider's technical logs (IP address, page requested, date and time). Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and running (Article 6(1)(f)). Retention: one year at most.

Processors

OVH SAS (France): hosting of the website and of the Crisis Room platform, mailbox for contact@vordurcyber.com and sending of platform emails.

No other processor is involved at this time. This list will be updated before any addition.

Data subject rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning them. These rights can be exercised in writing at contact@vordurcyber.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg — cnpd.public.lu.

Transfers outside the European Union

No data is transferred outside the European Union: the website, the platform and the mailbox are hosted in France. This section will be reviewed if a processor outside the EU is introduced.
